Introduction :
The Magnetic Field Project, together with 7 illustration artists, will participate in the 3rd Shanghai Jing'an International Design Festival, presenting a group exhibition of illustrations with the theme of “City and Communion”. More than 60 original works will be displayed in this exhibition, depicting colorful urban culture and exploring the intimate relationship between people and cities, people and the environment, and people and objects through a variety of art forms.
As society progresses, people's understanding of intimate relationships has extended beyond the realm of the sexes to the interactions between people and the city, people and the environment, and the intertwining of individual perceptions and group memories. This exhibition aims to explore the symbiotic development of these relationships and demonstrate the inevitability of their contemporary demands.
The illustrations are romanticized to test the collision and symbiosis between technological media and the inner needs of human beings. The exhibition allows elements such as childishness and innocence, myth and reality, machinery and life, lines and blocks to coexist and coexist under the colorful brushstrokes, showing the richness of the city in all its diversity.
